Being raised and educated in France as a lawyer, attorney Yael Chouchana lived and practiced in the U.S. and in Switzerland prior to immigrating to Israel in 2010.

Yael regularly advises individuals and families on succession, relocation, and income tax planning. In this respect,  Yael will frequently assist clients on the design of trusts or other vehicles depending on the legal and tax goals sought. Another aspect of Yael's practice is in the field of compliance. For many years Yael has been assisting clients with regularizing their assets with the U.S. IRS and/or state tax authorities. 

Whether in a compliance matter or in any type of tax planning,  Yael is accustomed to practicing in an international context. Therefore, in any given project she will make sure to integrate international tax or legal elements and will work with colleagues of other countries so as to develop solutions that work well in all jurisdictions involved.
